Vacations

You can move baskets due to vacations or appointments yourself through your personnal online calendar. You can either move your basket to take two another week or move them during a week you would not normally receive one (every 2 weeks). You must modify your basket before Sunday at midnight of the delivery week, otherwise it will be considered a missed basket. A missed basket will be considered a lost basket without possibility of refund or redemption at a later time if this is not done.

The easiest way to acces you personnal online Calendar is through you the invoice you received via e-mail after your subsrciption.
Another way to acces it is Here. A confirmation e-mail will be send to validate your identity.

You may come at the end of any of our drop off points and take the equivalent of a basket from the vegetables that are left over if you miss a basket. Please notify us by email that you will be doing this.
